Do I need an appointment?

While we do accept walk-ins when availability permits, we strongly recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure you receive your preferred time and services. Popular times, especially weekends, often book up days or weeks ahead.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website, call us directly, or stop by the salon. Online booking is available 24/7 and allows you to see real-time availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as they prevent other clients from booking that time.

How long does a manicure take?

Service times vary depending on the type of manicure. A classic manicure takes approximately 30 minutes, while gel manicures take about 45 minutes. Nail art and specialty services may require additional time.

How long will my gel manicure last?

With proper care, gel manicures typically last 2-3 weeks without chipping. We provide aftercare instructions to help maximize the longevity of your manicure.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available in any denomination and make wonderful gifts for birthdays, holidays, or any occasion. They can be purchased in person or online.

Health & Safety

What sanitation practices do you follow?

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All metal implements are sterilized using hospital-grade autoclaves. Files and buffers are either disposable or sanitized between uses. Pedicure basins are thoroughly disinfected after each service.

Are your products safe?

We prioritize non-toxic, professional-grade products. Our polish selections are free from the most common harmful chemicals, and our skincare products are chosen for their safety profiles and effectiveness.

I have allergies. Can you accommodate me?

Please inform us of any allergies when booking and again upon arrival. We can often adjust products and techniques to accommodate sensitivities. For severe allergies, please consult with us in advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and digital payment methods. Gratuity can be added to card payments or given in cash directly to your technician.

Do you allow children?

We welcome children for age-appropriate services like manicures and pedicures. We ask that children be accompanied by an adult and able to sit still during the service.
